This book is designed to give your life a significant upgrade and show you how to level up in practical ways in many areas of your life. It gets to the core of success which is discipline. The book is broken down into 3 areas of discipline which are personal, business and finance, and personal well-being and provides actionable advice on how to cultivate it consistently.  None of us have mastered each area but we become stronger by helping others.
  • Feel free to list the areas (chapters) that you might be strong in and also the areas (chapters) that you are working on or might need help in. This will allow us to help each other!
