Initiative - What are your take aways?

This the chapter was very enriching with knowledge and wisdom. One thing that I took away that resignated with me was if you want to be an effective leader, you have to know what you want and push yourself to act. Initiaters don't wait for others to motivate them they know its their responsibility to go outside of your comfort zone! And this is so true because if you live in fear and are afraid to take that risk you can miss out on your blessing and opportunity.
