1) How do you monitor and measure the cumulative amount of time you spend on all social media sites?
How I monitor social media is setting different times a day to spend time on there that way I won’t spend all day on there getting nothing done. If you don’t have any form of structure the day will literally pass you right by!
2) How would you characterize the difference between a digital friend and and a "real world" friend? The difference between a digital friend and and a "real world" friend is actually being able to build a tangible relationship, being able to really express your character and connect is much more impactful in person rather than communicating digitally not saying digitally isn’t but it’s a difference for sure!
3) How do you avoid/minimize exposure to pornographic, predatory, manipulative, inaccurate, and other potentially harmful info in the digital space? It is inevitable to avoid any of these things due to how the world is. How I deal with these things when thrown my way is staying connected to Gods word, praying and keeping my mind stayed on him. Once you allow God to come in he will wash away the things “of the world” from the inside of you or even destroy that root that way when artificial water tries to spark up that root (internet) the Holy Spirit will come in and push back that temptation (root) back down where it belong. The holy spirit and flesh is like oil and water.
4) What steps do you take to ensure that you're valuing and investing in your "real world" relationships? The steps that I take to ensure this is to first off make sure that I am staying connected and aligning myself to God‘s word that what any and everyone I come in contact with gets apart of Jesus cause it’s him who lives in me and there’s nothing better than getting a swift of Jesus from a brother or sister in Christ Jesus. We are the body of Christ be that one to give that swift!!
