The 4 A's listed in the paragraph titled - 4. Leaders Cannot Rise Above the Limitations of Their Character
From Steven Berglas in his book The Success Syndrome.
He says that when people make big achievements in their lives but they don't have a solid bedrock of character to sustain them during stresses in life, are headed for disaster.
Without a bedrock foundation in their character (we have Christ)  then they are likely destined for one or more of the four A's...
Arrogance
painful feelings of Aloneness
destructive Adventure-seeking,
or Adultery

Solid word to remember! Let us fortify our foundation!

The Character is More than Talk piece was very spot on and revolutionary because for me. It was absolutely correct about if your actions and intentions are not aligned then as a leader then your character is in question. Both have to equally coincide with each other in order to be a productive leader
