Thanks for joining the discussion and the group, and for your excellent input. Brother Lionel, I'll never think of "heckling" in the same way again!

I'm praying and working toward making this group a major blessing for us as we come to grips with an employment situation that is bringing us surprises around every bend of the road.

Here are my three top goals for the group.

1. To provide occasional teaching and training about the art of getting any job, and especially the job you were called and equipped by God to do.

2. To help build a huge network of men in the Greater Kalamazoo area who will all be looking out for each other on the employment front. This network will be aware of who needs work, what they can offer and what opportunities exist.

3. To encourage each other. We serve a mighty God and he can turn every situation into a blessing for those who love him and who are called to his purpose. Let's pray for each other and in general have an "I've got your back" attitude.
